Snapshot: Sakura

It’s been about a week or two since all the sakura trees were in full bloom. It’s amazing how beautiful these trees are and how fast it transitions into just another ordinary-looking tree within a matter of days. It is definitely one of Japan’s gifts that hopefully everyone can witness at least once in their lifetime.

Took this shot shortly after a hanami (flower viewing) party/BBQ with my coworkers.

    Hi Colin,
So beautiful! Thank you for sharing your adventures in Japan with us. I am glad you are doing fine and met up with some cyclists in Japan….such a awesome experience for you. I didn’t know you were a photographer. You have so many great photos of Zach and everything else. Do you know if it would be possible to use your photos to make a memory book with Shutterfly? I did one of Kawika folks doing the graffiti wall at Palama. A photographer named Paula Ota was there taking photos, so I went to her website and was able to order pics from there. Would I be able to that with your photos? Please let me know if you think there is a way. Thanks Colin! Take Care.
